Sunday Special: Gautam - Rajeev star in Vishal XI win Sheldon XI fall short by 15 runs

After being 3-3 in 3 overs, Vishal XI recovered well to post a target of 114. Rajeev has continued his form and was the mainstay. Amit performed well with bat too and Gautam with a couple of 6s gave the innings the needed impetus. Some superb spells from Melwyn and Priyank. Supported well by Ajay, Cajetan and Jimmy. The reply from Sheldon XI commenced with an opening stand of 28 by Southpaw Allwyn Quadros and Skipper Sheldon D'Souza. Shobit Sabharwal looked to take the SCORER game away with support from Fernando, Firoz and Austin but Gautam Dutt and Amit Motwani kept applying the brakes and bundled the opposition for 98 with 3 overs to spare.
